Brief

Brief

Design a complete exhibition stand and campaign suite for AAA Düsseldorf, spanning the physical stand and digital presence.

Briefed to design a new AAA Düsseldorf exhibition stand from the MEGAWALL CAD specification, three distinct concepts were presented in Figma for approval. The final was rendered for large-format print, and a complete digital campaign, from save-the-date through to post-event thank-you, was delivered.

The final was rendered for large-format print, and a complete digital campaign, from save-the-date through to post-event thank-you, was delivered.

Challenge

Design three genuinely distinct stand concepts (all within the same structural constraints) and build an entire campaign around the approved direction.

Three distinct concepts within strict MEGAWALL structural specifications, each clearly communicating the MalocherBot Palettierer. Once approved, the visual language was extended across eleven digital assets, including countdown animations, save-the-date, destination reached, Facebook and LinkedIn banners, email signature, thank-you post, and MalocherBot S, M, and L datasheets in German and English.

Solution

One structured pipeline, three concepts in Figma, one approved direction, eleven digital assets, and a print-ready stand delivered on time.

From the MEGAWALL CAD file, three photorealistic Cinema 4D stand environments were created and presented in Figma for approval. The final concept was rendered at large format and output as print-ready PDFs. Extended across countdown animations, save-the-date, Facebook and LinkedIn banners, email signature, thank-you post, and MalocherBot datasheets in S, M, and L, German and English.

The AAA Düsseldorf campaign delivered a consistent, high-impact expo presence across every touchpoint, including the physical stand, pre-event countdown, live event assets, and post-event follow-up. Three distinct concepts gave the team genuine creative freedom without extending the timeline. Every asset, from the stand panels to the LinkedIn post, was produced within a single, structured pipeline with zero agency handoffs, ensuring complete visual consistency and on-time delivery for the stand builder and the marketing team.
